the art of assertive communication for women

WEDNESDAY, AUG 21

BEACON HILL

Assertiveness for women can be a double-edged sword: Assertive women are often more likely to be promoted, but often considered less likeable. As women leaders are emerging in the workplace, it’s important we master our own art of female assertiveness.

Let’s be honest, we can’t play by the same rules as men – it’s time we write our own! During this session, you will discover your unique balance between confidence and expression of your needs to become more effective as a leader.

This training will help you learn about your communication style and struggles, fortify relationships in and out of the workplace, and help you grow into a respected and assertive leader.

WHAT WE LEARNed:

• How To Effectively Express Yourself Assertively to Become a Better Leader
• Identify Your Own Communication Strengths and Struggles
• How To Share your Goals and Needs to Others In a Direct and Respectful Way

WHO THIS was FOR?

  • Women leaders

  • Emerging leaders

  • Business Professionals

  • Entrepreneurs
